“Keyword research” sounds technical. The real work is just standing in your customer's shoes for five minutes.
What does a customer actually type into Google to find your shop? Most owners never think about this, yet the answer decides exactly which words a profile needs to carry.
A simple test
- From your own phone, type what a stranger would type — “electronics shop Feni” or “AC servicing in Feni”
- Look at what words appear in the profiles that come up
- Add the area name — not just “furniture shop” but “furniture shop in Feni Sadar”
Those same words then belong in the Google profile description, in Facebook posts, and on a website — worked in naturally, not stuffed in.
