One address on Google, a different one on Facebook, a third on the visiting card — small mismatches like this are what make Google trust a listing less.
Wherever your business details appear — Google Business Profile, Facebook page, visiting card, BizHub Feni profile — the name, address and phone number should read exactly the same. Digital marketing calls this NAP (Name, Address, Phone).
“Trunk Road, Feni” in one place and “Trunk Road, Feni Sadar” in another looks harmless to a person, but to Google it reads like two different pieces of information, and that costs trust.
What to line up
- The spelling of the shop's name — pick the short form or the full form, and use only that one everywhere
- The address format — same order, same spelling, every time
- The phone number — only the one that is actually answered
Check your own listing on the directory and see if it matches.
