Instead of scrambling for a post before every festival, one list made at the start of the year makes the whole thing easy.
Bangladesh's business calendar has several fixed points where people buy more — Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha, Durga Puja, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day. Building each post at the last minute means a rush, and the quality drops.
Do this at the start of the year
- Write down the dates of the year's major festivals in one list
- Block two weeks before each one — for deciding the offer, taking photos, writing the posts
- Decide the offer for each festival in advance, so there is no last-minute scramble
