Easy ways to speed it up
- Shrink the images. A photo straight off a phone camera is large — compress it before uploading.
- Cut unnecessary plugins and animation. Loading fast matters more than looking flashy.
- Use decent hosting. Cheap shared hosting is often the real reason a site is slow.
